Children's Classes
Baha'i children's classes are spiritual education classes for children. They're designed to help children develop virtues, spiritual qualities, and a sense of service to humanity, all within a nurturing, inclusive environment. These classes are open to children of all backgrounds and often include activities like:
- Stories about spiritual themes (e.g., love, kindness, justice)
- Learning prayers and memorizing passages from Bahá'í writings
- Songs and music
- Arts and crafts
- Games and Skits
- Group discussions to reflect on moral and ethical topics
The aim isn't religious conversion but rather character development and nurturing a child's spiritual capacity. They're often organized in neighborhoods and led by trained volunteers who care deeply about education and community building.
